August 19, 1943 ~ March 23, 2023 (age 79)
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our dear beloved sister and aunt, Nora. She died of sepsis shock caused by a kidney stone.
Nora is preceded in death by her parents Merlin Hunt and Alene Jackson, also a brother Jackie Hunt.
Nora is survived by her grieving sister, Annette Cruse; nephews Darren K. Armijo of Huntsville, Crispen D. Armijo (April); grand nieces Isabella Grace, Madeline Hope, and Alexandria Faith Armijo of Fayetteville, Tn.
Nora was a 1961 graduate of S.R. Butler High School. She retired from civil service in 1999. She and her former husband (Navy) visited a lot of places overseas. We as a family will be lost without her. She was like a second mother to her sister Annette and the best sister ever also. She was a caring and loving sister and aunt. She dearly loved working in her yard with her pretty flowers and trees.
Visitation will be held at Spry Funeral Home in Huntsville, Al. The burial will be held with a private family graveside service.
