Nora Edwina Fincher Bailey
Edwina was born September 20, 1943 and passed away peacefully at home in Woodland, Alabama on April 6, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her husband Edwin Bailey; parents O’Neal Fincher and Daisy Green Fincher; 2 Brothers, Kayron Fincher, and Jeffery Fincher.
Surviving siblings are JR Fincher (Trudy), Emma Lou Crawford, Onealia Camp (Larry), and Jennifer Newman. Sister In Laws: Yadi Fincher, Brenda Hodge (Paul) and Katrenia Arrington.
Children Duane Bailey (Katrina), DeAnna Foldenauer (Mike) and Dehabra Abernathy (Russ).
“Ma Bailey” was blessed with 9 Grandchildren: Stephen (Jordan), Jesica, Samuel (Asleigh), Kortney (Kaylor), Kris, Luke, Reid, Dylan (Anna Murphy), and Ben, and 11 Great Grand Children.
Edwina always had an open home and heart for everyone. She was happiest surrounded by her family. She had a generous, genuine, care-giving disposition that always put everyone else first. We were all blessed to have had her in our lives and she will be deeply missed.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11am (Central Time) on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Providence Baptist Church in Woodland AL. Friends and Family are Welcome.
