Noley “Bud” Staggs, 71, died Thursday, July 19, 2012. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. at Neal Funeral Home. Services will be 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home, with burial at Barnesville Cemetery. He was retired from Murray Ohio Manufacturing.
