Noel Wayne Porter, age 78, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, March 09, 2023, at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Dickson, TN, retired from Johnson Motors, and a member of the Masonic Lodge. Mr. Porter served his country in the U.S. Marines.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard Rhodes and Ruby McLerran Porter; his wife, Patricia Freeman Porter; two brothers, Donald Porter and Richard Porter; and two sisters, Linda Berard and Glenda Porter.
He is survived by one daughter, Candace Jean Barker of Lawrenceburg, TN; two granddaughters, Rachel Serrett of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Dylana Hurley-Elrod of Chattanooga, TN; and one great-grandchild, Rowan Serrett.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
