Noah “Tuger”Clay Barnett, 76 years old of Athens, Alabama, formally of Knox, Indiana passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2020 in Athens, Alabama.

He was born Monday, June 12, 1944 in Knox, Indiana, Son of the late Junior Barnett and the late Iva Jean (Rowe) Summey.

Tuger enjoyed taking care of and raising horses. His greatest passion was spending time with family and grandchildren.

He worked as a commercial painter.

Surviving are his wife, Jacqueline Barnett of Athens, Alabama, Step-son, Edward(Jodi) Rodriguez of Knox, Indiana, Step-son, John(Terry) Rodriguez of Knox, Indiana, Step-son, Greg Rodriguez of Monterey, Indiana, Step-son, Jamie(Sharon) Rodriguez of Monterey, Indiana, Step-son, William Rodriguez of Monterey, Indiana, Step-daughter, Wanda(Brandon) Smith of Athens, Alabama, Step-daughter, Marsha(Herbert) Patrick of Monticello, Indiana, several grandchildren numerous great-grandchildren, Brother, Michael Summey of Knox, Indiana, Brother, Roger Summey of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Brother, James Summey Jr of Knox, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by parents Junior Barnett and Iva Jean Summey and sister Linda Summey.

Friends will be received 11 AM till time of service at 1 PM, Saturday, August 22 at the Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Knox, Indiana.

Services will be held at Braman & Son Memorial Chapel, Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 1 PM with Rev. Bruce Bennett officiating.

Interment will follow in the Oak Park Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Donor’s choice.

Limestone Chapel assisted with local arrangement.
