Noah “N.C.” Russ, age 76, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, October 21, 2013 at Alive Hospice Residence Nashville in Nashville, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio and a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Washington and Mary Ida Luker Russ; and one daughter, Janie Russ English.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Wednesday, October 23, 2013, with Bro. Jerry Geho officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN. Family suggests memorials be made to the Children’s Hospital of Alabama at UAB, 1600 Seventh Avenue South, Birmingham, AL 35233.
