Nicholas (Nick) Percio, 85, of Florence, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2012 at ECM Hospital. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, retired as a Sales Service Representative from Reynolds Metals, and was a U. S. Navy veteran.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 12 – 1 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with a mass of Christian burial following at 1 p.m. Officiating will be the Rev. Andrew Sullivan.
Mr. Percio was preceded in death by his parents, David A. and Caroline Jacklitz Percio; In-laws Ernest Sidlo and Lucille Sidlo.
He is survived by his wife, Judith Sidlo Percio; sons, David R. Percio (Jan) of Hinkley, OH, Gerald Allen Percio of Kent, WA, Joseph M. Percio (Sharon) of North Olmsted, OH; daughter, Nikki Syesta (Matthew) of Florence; grandchildren, Raquel, Brooklyn, and Madeline Syesta, Shantay Kline (Byron), Sarah Kemmett (Jack), Justin Percio (Jenny), Valerie Cuscire (Mike); eight great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Alzheimer’s Association, St. Joseph Catholic School, or church or charity of your choice.
