ROGERSVILLE-The Rogersville Business Park Speculative Building is officially on the market! The construction of the shell building is complete and ready to finish out per a company’s specifications. Recently, the Shoals Economic Development Authority and the Shoals Chamber of Commerce partnered to hold a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house event. Elected officials, economic development partners, local business leaders, and SEDA and Chamber staff and board representatives were in attendance to celebrate the completion of the building.
The speculative building is 40,000 square feet, expandable to 80,000 square feet, with 36 foot ceiling heights. Additional acreage is available for greater expansion possibilities. Conveniently located adjacent to four-lane U.S. Highway 72, the building is only 19 miles from Interstate-65 and 30 miles from the site of the new Mazda-Toyota facility in Huntsville.
