Nelson N. Choate, age 85, of Cunningham, TN, formerly of Robertson County, passed away Monday morning, December 9, 2024, at his home. Graveside services will be conducted at 1pm Wednesday, December 11th in the Greenbrier Cemetery.
Mr. Choate was born December 11, 1938, in Robertson County to the late Nelson Choate and the late Martha Vanna Adcock Choate. He was a Typesetter in the printing business most of his life.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Choate was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Joyce Choate.
He is survived by sons, Chris (Donna) Choate, and Tony (Connie) Choate; daughter, Dawn (Larry) Hern; 13 grandchildren, Shawn Summers, Sheryl Summers, Stacey Summers, Corey Choate, Josh Choate, Chad Choate, Rachel Carroll, Stephanie Sawyer, Shannah Livingston, Patrick Hern, Matt Hern, Abby Carroll, and Will Carroll; and numerous great grandchildren.
