Nellie Ruth Carroll, age 86 of Boaz, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Huntsville Hospital.
Her funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Union Cemetery in Boaz. Bro. Shane Carroll and Bro. Daryl Ross will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Zack Ross, Cody Carroll, Justin Price, Jacob Ross, Tim Gilliland and Greg Redden. Honorary pallbearers will be Marshall Ross, Levi Price and Steve Carroll. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
She is survived by her children; Shane Carroll (Wendy), Becky Murphy (Johnny) and Darlene Siemens (David), grandchildren; Cody Carroll, Shayla Carroll, Zack Ross and Crystal Price, great-grandchildren; Laura Price, Levi Price, Jacob Ross and Marshall Ross. She is also survived by brothers and sisters; Delmus Clanton (Georgia), Linda Dunn (Jerry), Jean Cooper and Roy Clanton.
She is preceded in death by her husband; Charles Carroll, son; Charles Randall Carroll, granddaughter; Hailey Carroll, sister; Ann Batson and brothers; James and Marston Clanton.
Arrangements entrusted to Albertville Memorial Chapel.
