Nellie G. Cantrell, 81, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014, at the Meadows surrounded by her family. She was born July 5, 1933, in Itawamba County to John Chester and Erma Estell Justice Roberts. She lived for a while in Waukegan, Ill., where she worked for Abbott Laboratories. She returned home in 1979 and worked for Itawamba Manufacturing. She enjoyed crocheting and gardening.
Services will be at 11 a. m. Friday, October 3, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Steve Roberts and Donald W. Roberts officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Survivors include one son, Keith Bozeman, of Little Elm, TX; three daughters, Judy Starling of Pleasant Prairie, WI, Sherry Summerford-Webb (Jeff) of Racine, WI, and Pam Sheffield of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands; one brother, Horice Roberts of Fulton; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Hugh and Hollis Roberts; four sisters, Eunia Biddle, Edith Roberts, Lucille Roberts, and Rubie Roberts; and her parents.
Pallbearers will be Donald W. Roberts, Jerrett Bozeman, Donald W. Roberts II, Jeff Webb, and Keith Bozeman.
Visitation will be from 9 a. m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
