Funeral Service for Nedra Hudson Compton, age 88, of Vinemont, will be at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 14, 2023 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with burial at Falkville City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 14, 2023 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mrs. Compton passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023 at her residence. She was born November 10, 1934 in Cullman, AL to Ira and Lela Hudson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Compton; parents; six sisters; four brothers; and a grandson, J.T Compton.
Survivors include her daughter, Cathy Diane Ward; daughter, Melinda Beth Compton; son, John Owen Compton; granddaughters, Heather (Tyler) Diane Ray, and Amber (Nick) Mae Ellis; great grandchildren, Ella Ray, Brantley Burgess, Savannah Ray, Grayson Ellis, and Jackson Ellis.
