Neal Schrader, age 82 of Lebanon, passed away on November 10. 2023. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Danny Sellars, is 1 p.m. Thursday, November 16, 2023 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. Interment in Watson Cemetery will follow the service. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. and on Thursday from noon until the service at 1 p.m.
Neal Jeffery Schrader was born in Lebanon TN to Mary Helen Drennon and Joseph Schrader. After his service in the United States Air Force, he began a 50-year career as a Pipe Liner. He loved spending time with the family. He enjoyed playing golf, reading, and ticking off all the Tennessee fans in the family by supporting his favorite football team, the Crimson Tide of Alabama.
Mr. Schrader is survived by his wife of 34 years, Shirley Watson Schrader; children: Jill Schrader (Don) Hutchinson, Ronald Schrader, Tracey Schrader (Bobby) Woodard, Audrea Machacek, and Tracie Williams; 3 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and siblings: Dawn (Walter) Vanatta, Charles Schrader, Joe Schrader, and Daniel (Sara) Dell’Orfano. He is preceded in death by his parents Mary Helen and Joseph Schrader.
