Funeral service for Neal G. Freeman, 81, will be Friday, January 3, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Eric Mattox officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Valhermoso Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will beThursday, January 2, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Freeman died on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at his residence. He was born May 23, 1932, in Lawrence County to John G. Freeman and Lela A. Rone Freeman. Neal was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the Baptist faith. He formerly worked for John Blue Company and A. C. Company, as a Machine Shop Supervisor and in Quality Control. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Carron Cagle (Lem), Priceville, AL
