National Weather Service Issues A Special Weather Statement

TENNESSEE VALLEY-A special weather statement has been issued by the National Weather Service, Huntsville, AL for the afternoon and evening of Thursday, March 5.  This statement is for all of North Alabama.

Quite a bit of water and Ice will remain on area Roads tonight. With temperatures expected to remain below freezing and will fall through the 20s overnight…Roads will remain very Slick and hazardous across North Alabama and Southern middle Tennessee. If you have to travel anywhere in the area tonight…Allow plenty of Time to Reach your destination…Slow down and keep a Safe distance Between you and other Drivers.
