Nathan “Nub” Bevis, age 43 of Florence, Alabama passed away Monday, April 6, 2020. He was born November 11, 1976, was a member of the Church of Christ, and belonged to Boilermakers LU #455 and Pipefitters LU #760.
A private memorial service will be held Friday on April 17, 2020, with Austin Swinea officiating. The service with be available for viewing on youtube.com Saturday April 18, 2020. Nub is survived by his children, Warren and Alah; mother Trisha and Tom Embry; father Billy and Janice Bevis; and brother Adam Bevis, grandmother Elizabeth Lamar, and grandfather Jim Gilbert.
Nub is proceeded in death by his daughter Alah Levon (whom Alah is named after); grandparents Harold Huddleston, Euphenia Gilbert, Jack Bevis, and Harold Lamar.
