Narcotic Search Warrant By MCSO Nets Eight Arrests

DECATUR-The Morgan County Sheriff’s Department issued astatement concering a drug bust that took place in the late evening of June 15:
Late in the evening on June 15, 2023, Agents with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Drug Enforcement Unit along with Criminal Investigation Division(CID) Investigators and Patrol Deputies executed a narcotic search warrant at the residence in the 200 block of George Dr in Decatur, AL.
Upon arrival, Agents made contact with 8 individuals at the residence.
The search of the residence revealed quantities of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl, as well as various Drug Paraphernalia.
Agents arrested and charged:

Dan Harris Bankston

Dan Harris Bankston, 38 of Decatur charged with:

▪️Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance(UPOCS) with intent to distribute-methamphetamine
▪️Possession of drug paraphernalia
▪️Loitering in a drug house

Kristen Lashae Patricio, 29 of Decatur charged with:

▪️Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance UPOCS with intent to distribute-methamphetamine
▪️Possession of drug paraphernalia

All subjects were transported to and booked in the Morgan County Jail.”
