Naomi Ruth Leavell Bullard, 86, of Fort Payne, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2023. She was born August 2, 1937 to the late Arthur T. Leavell and Della Keith Leavell. After Della passed when Naomi was a young child, her father married Maude Little. Ms. Bullard enjoyed gardening, canning, crocheting, and sewing. She made handmade clothes for her children and grandchildren, including matching bows. She retired from Best Manufacturing in Menlo, Georgia after 37 years.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Donny Hilyer and Rev. Charles Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Adamsburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.
She is survived by her children Glenn Bullard, Brenda Ogle and husband Ron, and Lisa Brown and husband Charles; 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son Johnny Gerald Bullard.
