Nancy Maroney Barley, 62, of Meridianville, AL passed away Monday, September 23, 2024, surrounded by her family. Visitation will be from 12 to 2pm on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Spry Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 3pm at Valley View Memorial Gardens in Meridianville, AL with Bro. Toney Pepper officiating.
Born on April 23, 1962, to Carl and Marion Maroney. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Nancy (Nana) enjoyed spending time with her grandkids whom she absolutely adored. She loved her fur babies Milo, Scooter, and Rambo. One of her favorite things was coaching gymnastics at Southern States Gymnastics Academy. Nancy began coaching competitive gymnastics at her beloved gym in the early 1980s.
Survivors include her husband Tom Barley, one daughter, April Guffey (Eric), one son, Joey Dike (Mallory), four grandchildren Kendal, Parker, Emma and William Guffey.
She was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Marion Maroney.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
