Nancy Louise (Goldsmith) Riznyk Strack, 78, of Decatur, Alabama peacefully passed away while asleep at her home on November 5, 2023. Originally from Syracuse, New York. Nancy was born on October 30, 1945 to Donald P. Goldsmith and Rita Mary (Nemecek) Goldsmith.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 46 years, James E. Strack, her grandson, Jerry K. Reed, Jr., and sister-in-law Barbara Goldsmith.
Nancy is survived by son Michael L. Riznyk (Katie), daughters Michelle L. Strack, Sharon A. Leary, Shannon M. Simpson (Roger), eight grandchildren, Lora Bennett (Chase), James K. Reed, Richard Riznyk, Amber Strack, Newt Whitworth, Christopher Leary, Chyler Leary, and 10 great-grandchildren. Sister Sharon Cobb (Howard) of Decatur, Alabama, brothers George Goldsmith (LaDonna) of Central Square New York and Donald Goldsmith of West Monroe, New York.
