Nancy Elizabeth Cox Rogers, 71, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born December 8, 1942 to the late Harlon Cox and the late Verda Mae Godsey Cox. She worked at Marshall Durbin for many years. She enjoyed painting and drawing. She loved music and dancing.
Services will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday September 21, 2014 at Senter Funeral Home.
Survivors include her Son, Johnny (Carla) Dees of Mooreville, Sister, Mary Berryhill-Wiser of Fulton, Grandson, John (Nina) Dees of Tremont, Granddaughters: April Taylor of Mooreville and Courtney (Brandon) Thames of Tupelo, 9 Great Grandchildren, several Nieces and Nephews, and several other children she considered her own.
Preceded in death by her parents, Brothers: David Cox and William “Cowboy” Cox, and longtime companion, Jerry Steele.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Saturday September 20, 2014 at Senter Funeral Home.
