Nancy Caroline Sharp passed away with dignity while under the care of Huntsville Hospital Hospice on Monday, November 29, 2021, at the age of 95. She has gone home to be with family members who predeceased her including: her husband, Robert L. Sharp, her sister, Virginia Bowers, her son, Robert R. Sharp, her grandson, Benjamin Larnerd, and countless others. She is survived by her daughters, Diane Woodson and husband, Ray, Jane Larnerd and husband, Herb; son, Richard Sharp and wife, Heather; daughter-in-law, Patricia Sharp; and many more grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and countless nieces, nephews, friends, and acquaintances. Some of her favorite things in this world included lighthouses, hummingbirds, and the beach. She will be resting at The Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama with her husband. There are no services planned. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate kind thoughts or a memorial donation to your favorite charity.
