FLORENCE-In an effort to support patient care, North Alabama Medical Center has updated our visitor policy and expanded our visiting hours.

Inpatients (Non-COVID Patients)
Visiting Hours: 5:30am-7:30pm
One designated support person is allowed at a time. Support persons are allowed to reasonably swap out as needed.
Critical Care
Visiting Hours: 10:00am-12:00pm
One designated support person is allowed at a time. Support persons are allowed to reasonably swap out as needed.
ER
One designated support person is allowed at a time. Support persons are allowed to reasonably swap out as needed.
Two parents may stay with pediatric patients during their ER visit.
Pediatric Patients
Two support persons may stay with pediatric patients.
Support persons are allowed to reasonably swap out as needed.
Outpatients
One designated support person is allowed each day.
