Funeral service for Myrl Imagene Wynn,94, of Vinemont will be at 1 p.m., Monday, February 17th, 2025, at. Blair Congregational Methodist Church with interment in adjoining cemetery, Rev. Tim Holder officiating. The body will lie in state from 12-1 at the church on Monday. Visitation will be Sunday night from 5:30 – 8 p.m. at the church

Mrs. Wynn passed away February 13, 2025, at her residence. She was born on September 1, 1930 to Elijah Martin and Effie Oma McAbee Shoemaker. She was a substitute teacher and secretary at Jones Chapel, Battleground and Dowling Jr. High Schools. She was a member of Blair Congregational Methodist Church where she served as the treasurer and secretary. She loved quilting, ceramics and sewing, she also enjoyed camping, and organizing and working the clothes closet at her church. .
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Oza ‘Joe’ Wynn; and brother, Gilbert Shoemaker.
Survivors include her son, Randy (Rhonda) Wynn; grandchildren, Rashan Wynn (Patrick) Fulenwider and Ryan Wynn; great-grandchildren, Blade Fulenwider, Jayda Fulenwider and Austin Levi Wynn, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Wynn, Patrick Fulenwider, Blade Fulenwider, Skip Griffin, Shawn Scofield, Matt Bice; honorary pallbearer, Austin Wynn.
