Mrs. Helen Nunley Franck, 71, of Florence, passed away Wednesday September 26, 2012, at Mitchell-Hollingsworth. Visitation will be 2pm until 3pm Friday September 28, at Greenview Funeral Home with the prayer service at 3pm in Greenview Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Park.
Mrs. Franck was a native of Colbert County and a Catholic. In earlier years she and her husband owned and operated H. A. Franck’s Grocery.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Clayton Nunley and Mary Nunley Bowling and a brother, Charles “Buddy” Nunley. She is survived by her husband, Hector Franck; children, Victor E. Franck (Tammy), Rosemary F. Hayes (Grady) and Mario L. Franck (Kathy); brother, Ivan Eugene Stokes; sisters, Theresa McKinney, Rettia Stanfield and Lisa McDougal; grandchildren, Hannah Franck, Alanna Hayes, Makenzie Franck, and Robert Franck.
Pallbearers will be Victor E. Franck, Mario L. Franck, Grady Hayes, Joey Hayes, John Franck and Michael Stokes.
