Mr. Donald Wilburn Owens
Graveside service for Donald Wilburn Owens, age 60, of Decatur, will be Wednesday, May 15, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at Oak Grove First Congregational Methodist Cemetery with Shelton Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Owens, who died Monday, May 13, 2013, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, Parkway Campus, was born February 9, 1953, in Morgan County, to Kermit Owens and Willie Arnell Williams Owens.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
He is survived by his loving wife, Becky Sims Owens of Decatur; one son, Donald J. “D.J.” Owens and wife, Anita , of Trinity; two daughters, Brie Owens of Decatur, and Dionna Owens Templin and husband, Kevin, of Woodbridge, VA; his father, Kermit Owens of Trinity; three brothers, Roger Owens of Trinity, Mark Owens of Haleyville, and Ronald Owens of Mt. Hope; three sisters, Belinda Henson of Decatur, Melissa Brewington of Priceville, and Tammy Moon of Moulton; and six grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be family.
