CULLMAN-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident involving a motorcycle has taken the life of one person near Cullman:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 2:45 p.m. Friday, June 16, has claimed the life of a Vinemont man.
Robert A. Chandler, 61, was fatally injured when the 1998 Honda Valkyrie motorcycle that he was operating left the roadway and overturned. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Cullman County 1101 near Cullman County 1078, approximately nine miles north of West Point, in Cullman County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
