MORGAN COUNTY-On Thursday December 5, 2013 Morgan County Sheriff’s Deputies received a check well being call on juveniles at the residence of 68 N Robin Pvt. Dr. Caller advised juveniles were present and that there was methamphetamine being manufacturedwith several subjects and firearms also present. Morgan County Sheriff Deputies and Morgan County Drug Task Force Agents responded to the scene. Upon arrival Agents made contact with Timothy Wayne Young and Floyd Daniel Young. Agents explained reason for being at residence and Timothy advised Agents there was methamphetamine present and a methamphetamine laboratory. At that point Agents secured a search warrant signed by Judge Howell. Upon having warrant signed, Agents conducted search of property and discovered three one pot meth labs, a HCL gas generator, finished methamphetamine, acid, lye, and a large amount of extracted pseudoephedrine. Agents also located a Stevens .410 Shotgun that was confirmed stolen from Limestone County.
Both subjects were Decontaminated by Somerville VFD prior to being transported to the Morgan County Jail.
Timothy Wayne Young was arrested and charged with Unlawful Manufacturing of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, and Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond set at: $ 10,000.00
Floyd Daniel Young was also arrested and charged with Unlawful Manufacturing of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, and Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond set at: $10,000.00
