Mona Coffman Roberts, 93 of Empire, passed away Tuesday September 17, 24 at her residence, with her family at her side.
Mona was a longtime member of New Canaan Baptist Church in Empire. She was a graduate of Minor High School and Burroughs Business College. She worked for Protective Insurance Co. for many years.
Mona’s life revolved around her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, David “Rooster” Roberts; grandson, Jon David Roberts; parents, Lea Baron and Katie Coffman.
Survivors include her daughter, Amanda Lea Graham (Terry); son, David Keith Roberts (Del); grandchildren, Malea Graham and Ashlee Roberts; five nieces and two nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday Sept. 20, 24 at 2:00 p in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. Joel Carden will officiate. Burial will follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Friday 12:30-2 pm.
