Mitchell Lee Brunner, loving father, grandfather, and son, passed away at his residence in Fayetteville, TN on July 7, 2024. He was born April 17, 1974, in Tullahoma, TN to the late Carolyn Renee Conn and William Brunner who survives. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mitchell was a 1992 graduate of Tullahoma High School and a veteran of the US Army. He retired from working in fiber optics on Arnold Air Force Base. Mitchell enjoyed going to the beach, riding in his Jeep, listening to music, and watching UT Vols sports. He always had a project and spent countless hours “scratching around.” What Mitchell loved the most was supporting his children in all of their sports and activities. He will be missed by all who loved him.
Survivors include his father, William Brunner; children, Allison Garrison and husband Brandon of Christiana, Brandon Brunner of Nashville, and Marcus Brunner of Winchester; grandson, Walter Garrison; sister, Holly Brunner; and several extended family members. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Scott Brunner.
