Mitchell “Peter Day” Hamilton was born in Russellville, AL on July 01, 1955, to the late Alfred & Doralee (Hillman) Hamilton. Peter Day was a graduate of Russellville High School. After high school, he enlisted into the United States Army. After his services in the Army, he returned to Russellville. Lil Pete eventually got on as an employee with the city working for the Russellville Water Department, where he retired after 30 years.
The visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 03, 2024, at Spry Memorial Chapel. A private family graveside service will be held.
