Mitch Edward Edge, 28, passed away Monday, May 6, 2024. Mitch was born on September 20, 1995, in Tupelo, MS, to Greg Edge and Lisa Edge. He enjoyed fishing, video games, spending time with family, going to church, and working at Security Plus.
Services will be Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 1pm at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 8, 2024, from 5-8pm at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc, and again on Thursday one hour prior to service. Bro. Earl Rush will officiate. Burial will follow in Toccopola Cemetery.
Survivors include his mother, Lisa Edge; his father, Greg Edge(Michelle); grandmother, Jonell Akers Perrigan; uncles, Jr. Akers, P.J. Akers, and Dexter Rosser (Kathy); aunts, Marsha Akers White, Tori Stegall, Cortney Huffman, Alex Akers, Hannah Akers; and a host of cousins.
Preceded in death by his grandfather, Oscar Akers; step grandfather, Dale Perrigan; grandmother, Easter Edge; and four uncles, Danny Edge, Kenneth Edge, Larry Rosser, and Dean Rosser.
Pallbearers will be Mitchell Floyd, William Carter, Josh Estes, Ryan Kuykendall, Chris Tucker, Danny Hennison, and honorary pallbearer will be J.T. Palmer.
