Child has been found
Athens Police Chief Floyd Johnson said Jeremiah Michael Owens, age 4, has been found and is safe. Police still are investigating what led to his disappearance at around 2:30 p.m. today. More details will be released later.
ATHENS-Athens Police are searching for a missing child. Jeremiah Michael Owens, age 4 years old.
Jermiah was last seen on Saturday, April 18 at 2:30 p.m. wearing a red and white striped shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
The child was last seen at the 1st Cash Express on Grace Avenue in Athens.
