A private service was held by the family of Mirianelle Devore Densmore, age 67, of Decatur, with interment in Burningtree Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Densmore, who died Friday, May 23, 2014, at her residence, was born March 29, 1947, in Cullman County, to R. A. Devore and Olean Dye Devore.
She is survived by her loving husband, John Densmore of Decatur; two sons, Stacy Densmore (Jennifer) and Barry Densmore (Jennifer), both of Decatur; one daughter, Tammy Allred (Larry), of Merida, Mexico; nine grandchildren, Joshua Allred, David Allred, Christopher Allred, Phillip Allred, Jacob Densmore, Noah Densmore, Justin Densmore, Allyson Densmore, and Aidan Densmore; and two great-grandchildren, Gabriel Allred and Sydney Allred.
Mrs. Densmore’s family would like to express their special thanks and sincere gratitude for the excellent care and compassion shown by all the medical staff who cared for her.
