Miriam Ortiz, 68, of Florence, passed away on October 8, 2023. All services will be private.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Johanna Ortiz; and grandchild, Jesus Ortiz.
Miriam is survived by her children, Jose Ortiz, and Jacqueline Cordova. Grandchildren are CJ Beard, Jasmin Beard, Tyler Ortiz, Jason Ortiz, Alexandra Ortiz, Olivia Ortiz, Micah Ortiz, Alexis Childress, Christian Childress, Bryan Cordova Jr., Joshua Cordova, and Nikki Cordova; great-grandchildren, Annabelle Beard, Isaac Beard, Tolia Beard, and Jessica Beard.
Miriam enjoyed reading the Bible, spending time with grandchildren, listening to music and dancing. She also was a fan of being outdoors and enjoying car rides.
