Minnie Sue Dooley Johnson Minnie Sue Dooley Johnson, 81, of Iuka, MS, died on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. She enjoyed going to auctions, playing bingo, and attending church at Airport Mission Baptist Church. Minnie Sue also loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her children, Melvaine Borden, Andy Aday (Becki), Randy Aday (Kim), Terry Aday (Regine), and Willie Lambert; her step-daughters, Mary Osborn (Mitchell), Jennifer Mooney (Lee), Rebecca Curry (Tim), and Jessica Clingan (Josh); her grandchildren, Jonathan Aday (Jesse), Brandon Aday (Brittney), Ryan Aday, Payton Aday, Ellee Nicole Aday, Eddie Joe Borden (Beth), Andrew Borden (Heather), Benjamin Aday (Hannah), Taylor Aday (Jocelyn), Mary Aday, Virginia Jones (Jabbar), Brenda Gant (LaWon), Ellen Sue, and Tina Marie; a host of great-grandchildren; her sister, Brenda Grisson; her brothers, James Po Dooley and Bill Wayne Dooley; and and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Bessie Hawkins Dooley; her husband, John A. “Lee” Johnson; one son, Tony Aday; two brothers, Jerry Ray Dooley (Sue) and Frank Dooley (Ruby); two sisters, Mary Jo Dooley and Betty Lou Uselton (Gene); one daughter, Charlotte Lambert; and one son-in-law, Joe Borden; and two sisters-in-law, Faye Dooley and Ida Mae Dooley. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, March 27, 2024, from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Services are scheduled for Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 1:00 P.M., at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Jackie Pittman. Burial will follow at Antioch Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Aday, Brandon Aday, Ryan Aday, Payton Aday, Eddie Joe Borden, Andrew Borden, Benjamin Aday, and Taylor Aday. Honorary pallbearers will be Pete Hamm, James “Eagle” Hamm, and Ralph Lambert. Donations may be made in Minnie Sue’s honor to Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka to help cover funeral expenses.
