Minnie B. McAnally, 98, of Iuka, MS passed away on Friday, September 11, 2020 at Southern Magnolia Estates. She was a member of Iuka Baptist Church for over 30 years. Born and raised in Iuka, MS, Minnie spent her a good portion of her life living in Memphis, TN raising her family and attending Emanuel Baptist Church in Olive Branch, MS. When she retired, she moved back to Iuka. She enjoyed going to church, cooking, quilting, and fishing. She is survived by her sons, Jim McAnally (Mary) and William C. McAnally; her grandchildren, Danny McAnally (Jennifer), Jacob McAnally (Ceclia), Bonita Cotton (Ron), and Misty Evans (Richard); her great grandchildren, Donnivan McAnally, Marlee McAnally, Taryn McANally, Christopher Smith (Robin), Camden Smith (Brittany), Colleen Cotton, David Evans, and Ashley Evans; her great great grandchildren, Bentley Smith and Kaden Smith; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Herman and Ider Maybell Hall Carter; her husband, E.M. McAnally; her sister, Sylvia Orick; and her brother, Bearl Carter. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled from 11am until 1pm on Monday, September 14, 2020 at the Iuka Baptist Church. Services are scheduled for 1pm, Monday, September 14, 2020 at the Iuka Baptist Church, officiated by Bro. Johnny Hancock and Bro. Jacob McAnally. Burial will be in Little Flock Cemetery. Donations may be made in Minnie’s honor to the Iuka Baptist Church.
