Milton D. Parton, 53, of Huntsville, passed away Wednesday. Mr. Parton was preceded in death by his father, Milton Eugene Parton, and his sisters, Patti Tanner and Pam Barnes. He loved sports and was an avid Alabama fan and Chicago Cubs fan.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Parton; stepdaughter, Talina Knight (Tony) of Tupelo, MS; mother, Sherill Parton, sister, Sandra Wilbourn, both of Huntsville; stepgrandchildren, Lauren, Mary Katherine and Rylie Grace Knight; three nephews; and one niece.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 3 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, March 4 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Coy Hallmark officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
