Milford Bonds, 79, of Albertville, Alabama, passed away peacefully at home on November 17, 2024. Born on June 6, 1945, to the late H.L. and Nolie Bonds, Milford was a devoted husband, father, and papaw whose life was a testament to faith, love, and family.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Evie Lou Burdett Bonds; his children, Kelly (Brian) Kilgore, JR. (Jane) Bonds, Steve Bonds, Sherry (Joey) Law, and David (Peggy) Birchfield; and his sisters, Marie Bonds Brewer and Mildred Bonds Sanders. Milford was the cherished papaw of seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren, leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 22, 2024, in the Chapel of Adams Brown Service Funeral Home, officiated by Bro. James Bridges and Bro. Matt Long. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers are Mark Sanders, Danny Sanders, Joey Law, Chris Law, Charlie Lang, Nathan Brazelton, Chase Bonds, Josh Bonds, and Steve Mahan. Milford’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
