Mildred R. Grisham, 96, of Rogersville died Friday, April 18, 2014, at Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home.
Visitation will be Monday, April 21, 2014, at Rogersville Church of Christ from 1-3 PM. Funeral services will follow at 3 PM. Burial will be at Civitan Cemetery. Elkins East Chapel is assisting the family.
Mrs. Grisham was born in Rogersville and lived there her entire life. She was a member of Rogersville Church of Christ. She was the owner and operator of Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio which she worked at until she retired at the age of 88.
Mrs. Grisham was preceded in death by her husband, Gara B. (Johnny) Grisham; son, Charles Robert Grisham; parents, Jesse Oliver and Annie Rose Barnett.
Mrs. Grisham is survived by her two sons, James Grisham (Paula) and John Grisham (Jane); one brother, James E. Barnett; six granddaughters, Amy Grisham, Stacey Glover, Emily Artrip, Miranda Howard, Andrea Stewart, and Myranda Barrett; nine great-grandchildren; two nieces.
