Mildred Myrl Crow – Obituary

Mildred Myrl Crow, 82, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Windsor House Nursing Home. Her memorial service will be Friday, October 16, 2015, 2 p.m. at Sixteenth Avenue Baptist Church, Decatur, with Dr. Todd Evans officiating. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. at the church.
Mrs. Crow was born March 3, 1933, in Ozark, Alabama. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Crow; grandson, Jacob Crow; parents, Robert and Prelly Stewart; brothers, Lenard and Bruce Stewart and sister, Nell Enfinger.
She is survived by one daughter, Rhonda (Greg) Johnson of Toney; sons, Rob (Glynice) Crow of Cullman, Randall (Anne) Crow of Memphis, Ricky (Anita) Crow of Priceville; grandchildren, Meredith Johnson, Davis Crow, Jillian (Patrick) Smith, Morgan Crow, Whitney Crow, Jonathan Crow, Lauren (Merick) Juarez, Julia Crow, William Crow and Grace Crow.
Mrs. Crow was a dedicated mother and a registered nurse. She graduated from the University of Alabama, worked as a nurse in various locations in Alabama and was an avid Alabama football and Atlanta Braves baseball fan.
The family wants to thank the staff of Windsor House. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
