Funeral for Mickey Hill, 66, of Moulton, will be Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Aldrige Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Hill, who died Sunday, April 5, 2015, at Huntsville Hospital, was born August 10, 1948, in Bessemer to Erskine and Jewel Hill. He was an E&I construction superintendent. His son, Michael Brandon Hill, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Dodd Hill; one son, Dodd Austin; one daughter, Michelle Hill Lovelady (Chad); eight grandchildren, Ashleigh Hill, Alyssa Hill, Blake Nelson, Nicholas Austin, Skylar Austin, Grant Austin, Gunner Lovelady and Jesy Lovelady; and two sisters, Elaine Hill and Sherry Hill Trussell (Gary).
Pallbearers will be Zach Legg, Caine Fleming, Will Newton, Bart Hollis, Mike Bowling and Jamie Vernon.
Honorary pallbearers will be VFW Lodge 4190, NWA Hunting Club and close family friend, Ronald Legg.
