Michael Shane” Mikie “ Fountain, 41, of Tuscumbia, died Friday July 13, 2012. A memorial service is planned for Tuesday July 17, 2012 at 6:00 P.M. at Southside Baptist Church in Sheffield.
Officiating is Brother Keith Hawk
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jamie Fountain and nephew, Cody Fisher.
Survivors include his wife, LaDonna Skipworth Fountain; Parents, Rather and Betty Jane Fountain; Sons, Justin and Raymond Glaze; Brothers, Eugene Fountain (Malia),Gilbert Fountain, Jeffrey Fountain (Hye Kyoung) and Rodney Fountain; Sisters, Angela Fountain and Rhonda James (Ronnie) and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Mikie loved spending time with his family and was loved by all who knew him.
Colbert Memorial Chapel of the Shoals assisted the family.
