Mr. Michael Scott Snider, age 61 of Boaz, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2022. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Baltimore Avenue Church of God, with brother Morrell Upchurch officiating. The family will receive friends and loved ones at 11:00 am till the time of service, burial will follow at Marshall Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by his wife Betty Snider; daughters Sonya Parrish, Amanda Parrish, and Mia Parrish; son Michael Snider, Jr. (Missy); sisters Kathy Snider and Linda Huff; brothers Bobby Snider and Harold Snider (Jenny); grandchildren Ellie (TJ), Tripp, Brittany (Buddy), Savannah (BJ), Erin, Dalton, Miranda (Tanner), Hannah, Sadie, and Little Ricky; 13 great grandchildren; chosen family Steve and Michelle Miller and family; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents William Snider and Ella Mae Cook; and brothers Billy snider and Glenn Snider.
Pallbearers will include Kevin Sheffey, BJ Fletcher, Bobby Clark, Buddy Edwards, Tanner Park, Randy Fletcher, Tripp Snider, Steve Miller, Ricky Williams Jr., and Dalton Chandler.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made towards the funeral expenses. Thank you.
