Michael Ray Brockway, age 63, of New Hope, AL, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy “Buster”Augusta Brockway; mother, Finnie Sue Gwathney Brockway; grandfather, Clarence Augusta Brockway; grandmothers, Lois Craig Brockway and Mittie Lee Cob Gwathney; nephew, Bradly Roy Brockway; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was survived by his brother, James Roy Brockway; sisters, Debra (Bobby) O’Neal and Loretta Gwathney; dog, Cinnamon; nephews, a niece, an aunt, an uncle, and many cousins.
Visitation will be Thursday 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Thursday at 2:00 PM with Jerry O’Neal officiating.
Interment will be in Byrd Cemetery.
