Michael Eric Huff “Mike”, age 49, of Joelton, Tennessee, died Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o’clock pm, Sunday, October 27th, at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View with Bro. Gerald Prior officiating.
Burial will follow in EverRest of Cheatham with Austin Edwards (Huff), Elijah Huff, Isaiah Huff, Levi Felts, Justin York, Glenn Seabrooks, Jr., and Scooter Jenkins serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday beginning at 12:00 noon until the hour of service at 2:00PM.
Mike was born on April 29, 1975, in Nashville, Tennessee. He was a master roofer and “jack of all trades” who was known as “Coach Mike” to many young baseball players. He earned a black belt in Kung Fu and was a believer in Christ.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Lee Mangrum and his grandparents, Hobart & Barbara Davenport.
He is survived by his wife, Elisabeth Huff; children, Austin Edwards (Huff), Elijah Huff (Rachel Traughber), Savannah (Justin) York, Isaiah Huff, and Levi (Morgan) Felts; mother, Deborah Davenport; brothers, Wayne & Randy Harris; sister Tammy (Anthony) King; grandchildren, Jackson, Willow, Wendy, Aidan, & Austin York; brothers by heart, Scooter Jenkins and Glenn Seabrooks, Jr.; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
