Michael Edward Chamblee, 67, died Monday, August 26, 2024 in Franklin County, AL. He was born in Detroit, MI and was a farmer.
Services will be Thursday, August 29, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Daniel Welborn officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, August 29, 11 a.m.–2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery, Phil Campbell, AL. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife, Laura Chamblee; two sons, Jeremy Chamblee and Thomas Chamblee; two grandchildren, Marley Chamblee and Colton Chamblee; one sister, Rhonda Chamblee; brother-in-law, Robert Gibson and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronnie Edward Chamblee and Violet Jane Sanders Chamblee and his in-laws, Bobby and Rose Carden.
Pallbearers will be Trent Danley, Steven Holland, Brandy Shotts, Patrick Carden, Jon Carden and Riley Welborn.
