Funeral service for Michael E. Powell, 58, will be Sunday, August 18, 2019 at 5:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Gunter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Roundtop Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, August 17, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home
Mr. Powell died on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at his residence. He was born on March 28, 1961 , in Marshall County to L.V. Powell and Effie Mozell Johnson Powell. He was employed with the Hartselle City Schools as a custodian. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers : Douglas Monk, Jackie Monk, Johnny Powell and sisters: Sue Bendele, Wanda Ramsey, Gloria Kilgore and Teresa Parker.
