Michael Duane “Mike” Crye, 65, of Hazel Green, passed away on Tuesday. He was a 1975 graduate of J.O. Johnson High School and had served in the United States Navy. He always enjoyed life, riding his motorcycle and had traveled often while working. Mike was an avid reader and was a life-long learner.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Duane & Sue Crye.
Surviving family members include his daughter, Amanda Crye. His son, Nicholas Crye; His grandchildren: Olivia Crye and Mickey Crye; His brother and sister-in-law, Bert & Gwen Crye; His sister and brother-in-law, Lorie & John Vital; His sister, Julie Crye; He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2pm until 4pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help with funeral expenses at Hazel Green Funeral Home.
