Michael Douglas Maund age 53 of Athens, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017. Mr. Maund was born September 19, 1963 in Limestone County, AL to John Douglas Maund and Elizabeth Angela Smith Maund.
Services will be Wednesday, August 30, 2017 5:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Phillip Presley and Bill Matthews officiating. There will be no public visitation. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Angela Maund.
Survived by his father, Doug Maund; three sisters, Molly Plunk, Nancy Holly and Angela McLain; several nieces and nephews.
